Day Five: Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?
I like to think it’s for me. It’s mostly because of clothes. I’d really like to look awesome in clothes and feel really healthy and be able to run really far without feeling like I’m going to pass out. It would just be nice to feel slightly better fitting into stuff.
Day Six: Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do.
Not anymore. During the beginning of my weight loss, this was kind of a problem. When you’re kinda restricting your diet and eating things you aren’t used to, your body starts going crazy for a bit. The cravings are bad and it’s hard not to give in.
I would say, however, that it is no longer a problem. At this point my body has gotten used to eating better and with smaller portions which is a really good thing.
